Yoga

Yoga - Asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation will allow your body and mind to be more grounded and clear.

Through physical movement with breath we can maintain a healthy body. This can come through the form of yoga and pranayama (breathwork). I as a yoga instructor can work with you and design a practice / session that would best suit you as an individual based on what we are focusing on achieving.

Meditation is to develop a daily practice of sitting in stillness and be present with your thoughts and overtime you will notice the gaps between the thoughts becoming larger leaving you more awakened.

I have been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2009 and have found it is what i keep coming back to for myself to be more grounded and clear in my everyday activity. My physical practice has evolved and continues to evolve. Meditation it is part of my morning ritual to set the tone for the day.
